This paper is an evolving resolution to this deficiency by proposing an unpreceded built-in safety system design applicable to a commonly structured physical format of any commercial NPP. This proposal offers comprehensive security protection for the NPP boundaries using a high stage of integration for all subsystems communicated through an IP data network controlled by central administration software program.
